Gillary Assedjian
I am a wife and mother of two young children and a furball ruby Cavalier puppy. I was born in Sydney and have grown up on the Gold Coast for the last 32 years. I have studied a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science and Master of Pharmacy at Griffith University Gold Coast. After registering as a pharmacist in 2013, I worked in several community pharmacies across Brisbane and Gold Coast.
I then went on to complete post-graduate studies in Diabetes Education and Management with the University of Technology Sydney in 2018 and was awarded the title of Credentialed Diabetes Educator by the Australia Diabetes Educators Association in 2022. I also completed my accreditation with the Australian College of Consultant Pharmacy in 2022 which enables me to provide bulk billed Home Medication Reviews to all medicare card and DVA card holders in the comfort of their own home.
Diabetes is close to my heart as several of my loved ones are affected by this condition. I am passionate about my work and continually strive to keep learning, growing and challenging myself so that my clients receive the best care possible.
